LOCAL PICK UP
If you’re based within the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and require immediate pick up for a last minute birthday/baby shower gift or if you just need some beautiful Bobby G in your child's wardrobe urgently then please send us an email to hello@bobbygbabywear.com and we will do our very best to assist you with your request.
SHIPPING
All parcels are shipped from Sydney, Australia and we aim to ship parcels between 1 - 2 days however parcels may take slightly longer during promotions or new season launches where there has been an increase in orders.
Bobby G ships to all of Australia and worldwide, if your shipping destination isn’t listed below please send us an email so we can assist.
We offer standard or express shipping, standard is $9 and express is $12. If you spend over $100 then you will qualify for free standard shipping within Australia only.
We ship via Australia Post and once your parcel has been shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number on where you can track your parcel journey and be advised of any delays.
Please note Australia Post will not look into a delayed standard item unless it hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery time below. However they will look into express items if it hasn’t arrived within 1 business day of the estimated delivery time below.
Please note duties and taxes can incur on some orders and are applied by the countries customs. Any possible custom duties, taxes or fees are the customers responsibility.
Overseas disruptions mean deliveries may take longer than usual. Some countries aren’t currently accepting deliveries due to COVID-19 restrictions For the latest info on delivery times and disruptions, please see Australia Posts International updates.
