Return for credit note

Please use the same email address used when making your purchase, if you are having trouble locating your order number then please email us at hello@bobbygbabywear.com and we would be more than happy to assist. 

We want you to be totally in love with your Bobby G purchase, however if for some reason it isn't quite right for you or your little love then you are welcome to exchange for a credit note within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note returns received out of this period will not be accepted. 

Credit will only be processed for full priced items.

Items must be returned in their original condition including tags. Bobby G reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned worn, soiled or damaged in any way or have any form of excessive hair or scents on the fabric. These worn or damaged items will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. 

Return shipping is at the cost of the sender and will not be reimbursed. Please note the original shipping charges are also non-refundable. 

Bobby G Baby Wear takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries for a return. Therefore. we highly recommend returning items via traceable mail as we cannot issue a refund or credit note on items that have not been received. 

How do I return my order? 

All orders must be submitted via our submit a return page at the bottom of our website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for us to accept your return, if we need anymore information we will contact you via email or telephone. 

You will be supplied with a returns number please ensure this is submitted with your parcel making it easy to identify your return and process your refund. 

Please fold the item(s) neatly in the packaging.

Exchanges

If a new size or style is required you will need to submit a return and request a store credit, once your return has been received a store credit will be issued. Or in order to speed things up and ensure you do not miss out on your desired size or style, make a new purchase as soon as possible and return your initial purchase for a full refund. 

What to do if you've received a faulty product? 

 We apologise in advance if an item you have received is not in immaculate condition.

Please email an image of the fault along with your order number and full name to hello@bobbygbabywear.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Please note we do not consider items to be faulty when they have been damaged by incorrect garment care or general wear and tear.
